A global investment company with operations in 13 countries, Dubai Holding, announced today that it has acquired Henderson Park’s stake in The Westin Paris – Vendome. In Paris, France, the hotel is one of the most valuable real estate assets because of its ultra-prime location. Dubai Holding and Henderson Park acquired The Westin Paris – Vendome jointly in 2018.

Dubai Holding acquires full control of the Westin Paris - VendomeDubai Holding’s extensive portfolio of world-class assets in key gateway locations has been strengthened through the acquisition of this prime asset. It also supports the Group’s long-term strategy of global expansion, which is focused on boosting its presence in strategic locations around the world, like North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Built in 1878, the Westin Paris – Vendome is a historic property located in the heart of Paris’s most prominent luxury district. The historic setting of the property offers visitors an unparalleled insight into the City of Lights – overlooking the Jardin des Tuileries, the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower. It is also a short walk from Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde, Avenue des Champs Elysees and the Louvre Museum.

There are over 400 rooms and suites in the property, which occupies over 32,000 square metres. With the support of Sophos Hotels, The Westin Paris – Vendome will continue to operate in partnership with Marriott International. As soon as the Paris Olympics in 2024 are over, Dubai Holding plans to consider what the property can become in the future.
